How long does it take to get set up?
Setup is quick. We migrate your existing leads, contacts, and venue information for free, and our onboarding team sets the platform up with you on a call so it matches how your team works. As an early access partner, you deal directly with the founders, not a support queue.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Ceremonio is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Early access partners get their rate locked for 12 months, but there is no obligation to continue beyond that.
Can Ceremonio handle proposals and payments?
Yes. You can build itemised proposals from your packages and add-ons, complete with discounts and VAT, then send them as branded PDFs by email for couples to accept or decline online. Once you verify your own domain, those emails leave from your address, such as weddings@yourvenue.co.uk, rather than ours. When a couple accepts, the proposal converts into a confirmed wedding with its payment schedule in place: deposits, part-payments, and final balances tracked automatically. Couples can pay each one online by card through your own Stripe account, from a link you send or straight from their accepted proposal, and every payment lands in the ledger on its own.
What features are coming next?
Guest lists, day-of timelines, dietary management, event spaces and accommodation management have all shipped, and so have online card payments, showarounds, table plans with guest import, and a phone Day Of view with Code Red alerts for the wedding day itself. We are now building reports and insights, with a drag-and-drop seating planner on the roadmap. Early access partners get every new core platform feature as it ships, included in their existing plan at no extra cost. Optional add-ons, like the client portal, will be priced separately.
