Why one flat fee?
A lot of venue software adds a charge for every wedding you host on top of the monthly price. Your bill grows in your best months, and you cannot know your annual cost until the year is over.
We think that is backwards. With Ceremonio you pay one flat fee per venue and host as many weddings as you like. Know your software cost in January and it still holds in December. Your bill should never go up just because you had a great year.

What counts as a venue?
A venue is a single physical location where weddings are held. If you manage multiple properties, each property counts as one venue.
What features are available now?
Everything from enquiry to the big day: lead pipeline and showarounds, wedding management, proposals with branded PDF and email delivery (from your own domain once you verify it), payment schedules and online card payments through your own Stripe account, packages and seasonal pricing, guest lists with RSVP and dietary tracking, table plans and guest import, day-of timelines with a phone Day Of view and Code Red alerts, event spaces, accommodation management with invoicing, contacts, client records, search across the venue, task tracking, notifications, team roles, and multi-venue support. Reports and insights are next on the roadmap, and new features launch regularly.
Can I add team members?
Yes, add unlimited team members at no extra cost. Everyone who needs access can have it, with role-based permissions to control who sees what.
How does early partner pricing work?
Early partner pricing is open to a limited number of venues joining during our launch phase. Your rate is fixed for 12 months from sign-up, and every feature we ship on the core platform is included. After 12 months you move to the standard rate: you know that from day one, so it is your 12 months' notice of the change.
Will my price go up?
Your Early Partner rate is fixed for 12 months from sign-up, then moves to the standard rate, and that move is the one you were given 12 months' notice of at sign-up. Beyond that, we promise at least 12 months' written notice before any price increase for existing customers. You will never open an invoice and find a surprise.
How does the demo work?
We'll schedule a 30-minute call to understand your venue's needs, show you the current capabilities, and discuss the roadmap. No pressure, no obligations.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We offer free data migration for all new customers. We'll work with you to import your existing leads, contacts, and venue information.
