It started with a wedding: Tim's own

The idea for Ceremonio didn't come from a boardroom; it came from the guest's perspective. While planning his own wedding at a beautiful UK venue, Tim was struck by a strange contradiction.

The team was incredible and the setting was flawless, but as the planning unfolded, the "behind-the-scenes" told a different story. He saw the "hand-cranked" spreadsheets, the emails with mismatched fonts, and the manual admin that seemed to swallow up the team's time. It was clear that these talented coordinators were delivering a five-star experience despite their tools, not because of them.

Closing the gap

That observation stuck with Tim. He realised that while exclusive-use venues deliver a physical experience couples remember for life, their digital "back-office" often struggles to keep up. Coordinators, the people who actually make the magic happen, were being buried by administrative noise and repetitive tasks that pulled them away from their couples.

Ceremonio was born because Tim believed these venues deserved a product that felt as premium as the service they provide and as elegant as the spaces they manage.
