Manage your wedding event spaces, from the ceremony room to the garden
Define every space with its real capacity and features, check availability, and assign the right rooms to the right wedding. The venue plan, out of the coordinator's head and into the system.
Your spaces are your product. Where are they written down?
Ask most venue teams what the Oak Room holds for a seated ceremony and someone will know. Ask whether it is free on the third Saturday in June, whose wedding has the terrace that evening, and whether the snug is licensed for ceremonies, and you are into diaries, wall planners, and the coordinator who happens to remember.
That works until it does not: a show-round where a capacity gets overstated, two events pencilled into the same hall, a new team member quoting details that were never written anywhere. The knowledge exists, but it lives in people rather than in a system.
Ceremonio gives each space a proper record: capacity, features, and availability, with spaces assigned to each wedding so the whole plan for the day is visible to the whole team.
A record for every space, a plan for every wedding
Set your spaces up once, then use them everywhere: on show-rounds, in planning, and on the day sheet.
Every space, defined once
Ceremony rooms, reception halls, bars, gardens, marquee lawns. Set each one up with its own capacity and features, and it is there for every wedding after.
Capacity at a glance
Seated, standing, ceremony layout: record what each space genuinely holds, so nobody promises 150 seated in a room that takes 110.
Features & details
Built-in bar, dance floor, level access, licensed for ceremonies. The details your team quotes on the phone, written down once.
Availability you can check
See which spaces are free for a date before you promise them. Especially useful when you run more than one wedding or event in a weekend.
Assign spaces to weddings
Attach the ceremony room, reception hall, and evening space to each wedding, so the whole team knows exactly where each part of the day happens.
Part of the wedding workspace
Spaces sit alongside the guest list, timeline, and payment schedule in each wedding, not in a separate diary that drifts out of date.
Event spaces are one part of Ceremonio's wedding venue management software. For bedrooms and overnight stays, see accommodation management.
What changes when spaces live in the system
Show-rounds run on facts
Capacities and features come from the space's record, not from memory. Whoever takes the tour quotes the same numbers the coordinator would.
Busy weekends stay untangled
When Saturday's wedding has the hall and Sunday's has the garden, the assignments are visible to everyone. Checking what is free for a new enquiry takes seconds.
The day plan and the guest list agree
Spaces are assigned inside the same wedding workspace as the guest list and day-of timeline, so the where, the who, and the when all describe the same wedding.
New team members get up to speed faster
The knowledge that used to live with your longest-serving coordinator is written down where everyone can find it.
Built with venues, not just for them
Ceremonio is in early access. We are developing it hands-on with UK wedding venues, and early partners get direct founder access, priority on feature requests, and a rate fixed for 12 months.

What counts as an event space in Ceremonio?
Anything you host part of a wedding in: ceremony rooms, reception halls, bars, snugs, gardens, courtyards, and marquee lawns. Each space gets its own capacity, features, and availability, so it can be assigned to weddings like any other resource.
How does this help venues with multiple spaces?
When a wedding moves through several spaces in one day, or two events share the venue in one weekend, the plan lives in the system rather than in the coordinator’s head. Everyone can see which wedding has which space, and when.
Can I check whether a space is free before confirming a date?
Yes. Each space carries its own availability, so you can see what is free for a date before you promise it to a couple on a show-round.
Does this cover bedrooms and overnight accommodation?
No, bedrooms are handled separately by Ceremonio’s accommodation management, which covers rooms, cottages, and lodges with booking-level availability and double-booking protection. Event spaces cover where the wedding itself happens.
Is this a room hire or public booking system?
No. Event spaces are an internal planning tool for your team. Public letting and channel integrations are not part of this feature.
Is event space management included in Ceremonio’s pricing?
Yes. Event spaces are part of the core platform on every plan, alongside guest lists, proposals, and wedding management.
